I loved the room with a huge variety of options, the bed was comfortable. The room had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. The whole staff was very friendly and respectful👌👌

during my stay, I loved how close the San Juan Municipal Park and Smitty's Juke Box Museum were for leisurely strolls and fun discoveries, made for an exciting weekend of exploration despite the minor hiccups we faced with room changes.

Couple trip with mixed feelings

Staff was helpful and moved us to another room quickly when the a/c wasn't working in the first one we were put in and the king room was spacious and clean enough that we could actually unwind.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but for what we got it was just about acceptable.

Room was pretty decent with air conditioning, a tv, and a private bathroom. Extras included a refrigerator and coffee machine. The outdoor pool was nice, but the breakfast was lacking variety, just eggs and beans. Staff were friendly and really helped out when we needed a room change due to some issues in the first one.

The staff was super helpful when we had a little hiccup with our room. They quickly switched us to a nicer one. The air conditioning worked wonders in the heat!

I wouldn't complain if I never encountered the bathroom roach society again. Not quite the roommates I was hoping for!

We visited the local attractions like the McAllen Convention Center and South Texas College, super easy to get to. The staff were accommodating, and the overall vibe was chill. Perfect for a fun getaway.

The King Room I stayed in had some issues. The A/C wasn't working initially, but the staff moved me to another room quickly, so props to them for that. The cleanliness could've been better-definitely saw some mold on the ceiling. It was pretty noisy since it's right off the highway. The bed was comfy enough, though!
